Auction Talk Radio - what's the story of your stuff?

Welcome to Auction Talk Radio

Auction Talk Radio is intended to be America's first radio show dedicated to auctions, collectibles and eBay. If you are an eBay enthusiast, a garage sale junkie, an antique lover, or just simply want to know what your old stuff is worth, you won't want to miss this show. We were recently guests on KNX Radio here in L.A. and may soon hit the airwaves where you live. Welcome to our website!

ATR's Top Town: You Stay Classy, San Diego

The legendary Ron Burgundy would be proud: his beloved city is the top Auction Talk Radio town this week. We just crunched our week-ending numbers and San Diego is tops! We sort of expected a West Coast of the U.S. of A. town to show up high in our rankings, what with our being on So Cal and all, but San Diego is a pleasant surprise. So: LUVUSD!

#2 on our list ATR towns in San Francisco, though the City by the Bay was second by a wide margin over S.D. In third is (drum roll): Columbia, Alaska! Considering the relatively diminutive size of that community, it may well be #1 in per capita visits here. Herndon, Virginia (the NETPLEX); Silicon Valley cities Sunnyvale and Mountain View, California; L.A., New York City, Plano, Texas; and Albuquerque round out this week's top 10.

Outside of the U.S. the country showing ATR the most love is Sweden. Vi älska du, Sverige! (Love you, Sweden!) Though we are "two people separated by a common langauge," our British cousins are next, followed by their Canadian brethern, then Germany, France, Italy and Poland. Other wonderful Auction Talk Radio countries are Morocco, Argentina, Slovakia, Malaysia, India and Denmark.

Perhaps because of our use of a photo of Adriana Lima, Brazil paid us a few visits this week and looks like a good contender to be among next week's top ATR countries. So, maybe we ought to close with this:

"Manter-se primeiro - classe, Brasil!"
(We hope that translates somehow to: "You stay classy, Brazil!")

Undated photo of Ron Burgundy used without permission. ;-)
